Programme Recruitment Terms & Conditions

If you're interested in an upcoming production with Particle6, you can contact Particle6 or the program producers for details or to express your interest in participating or nominating someone else. If nominating someone, ensure you have their consent to be nominated. Additional terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines from both Particle6 and the program producers may apply as detailed in the program’s promotional materials. By contacting Particle6 and/or the program producers, you agree to these terms and any additional requirements.

 

Please note, unless otherwise stated, participants or nominees must be a UK resident, at least 18 years old, and meet any specific requirements stated by Particle6 and/or the program producers.  Additional eligibility requirements will be as stated in the relevant promotional information for the programme. Failure to meet these criteria or to provide accurate and complete contact information may result in disqualification. There are no fees for contacting Particle6 and/or the program producers through email or online, but standard internet provider fees may apply.

 

You may contact Particle6 or the programme producers by following the instructions as set out in the relevant promotional information for the programme. You will be required to provide contact information including but not limited to your full name, your email address and a daytime contact number, as well as such other information and/or material as may be required by the programme producers or as stated in the relevant promotional information. You are required to provide complete, valid, correct and up-to-date information. Failure to provide such information will result in your information being invalid, and you (or your nominee(s)) will not be considered. Particle6 does not guarantee that all persons (or their nominees) who have contacted Particle6 and/or the programme producers will be contacted.

Unless otherwise stated, there is no restriction on the number of times you may contact the programme producers. Where there are such restrictions, this is as stated in the relevant promotion.

There is no charge when contacting Particle6 and/or the programme producers via email or online, although internet service provider’s fees may apply. In the event there are applicable charges for using this service, this is as set out in the relevant promotion.

The closing date and time for contacting Particle6 and/or the programme producers is as stated in the relevant promotion. Particle6 and/or the programme producers may change the closing date and time at any time in their sole discretion. Please note that the availability of this service, including the closing date and time, may change without notice for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Particle6 and/or the programme producers. If you contact Particle6 and/or the programme producers after the closing date and time, or the information and/or material you provide is incomprehensible, misleading, incomplete, incorrectly addressed, lost in transit, or not received, you (or your nominee(s)) will not be considered. The programme producers reserve the right in their sole discretion to invalidate any information and/or material received. The programme producers cannot accept responsibility for any request which is not received by the closing date and time.

Where the programme producers and/or the promotional information for the programme indicate that you are required to provide material(s) including without limitation photographs, film and/or video on VHS tapes and/or DVDs, CDs, drawings and/or designs, and any other similar material, such material will only be accepted if it is solely your work as the person submitting that material, and such material should not include third party images or third party material and/or content. You warrant that you will not submit any material which in any way infringes the rights of a third party, or which infringes any applicable laws.

Particle6 and/or the programme producers may accept the information and/or material you provide or refuse to consider it in their sole and absolute discretion. You may not submit any information or material which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or which infringes the rights of a third party or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening, abusive or hateful or that otherwise degrades or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability. You further agree not to advertise or promote third parties' or your own goods or services including by way of the distribution of "spam". Any such information or material will be deemed unsuitable and will not be accepted.

You agree that when you submit information to Particle6 and/or the programme producers you (and your nominee(s)) agree to comply with these terms and conditions and you agree that all or part of the information you (or your nominee(s)) submit may be edited, adapted, displayed, or published in all media, (including but not limited to broadcast as part of the programme) and/or otherwise made publicly available in the discretion of Particle6 and/or the programme producers.

Any information and data which is provided by you when you contact the programme will be held and used by Particle6 and/or the programme producers in order to administer your request and/or to be otherwise used in connection with the administration and/or production of the programme. Particle6 and/or programme producers may be required to send your personal data to third parties outside the United Kingdom in connection with the production and the administration of the programme and you agree to such transfer for these purposes.
