Head of Growth & International Expansion (January 2024 start)

London/Remote (Hybrid Working)

OTE £110k

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE base plus flexible working (Fridays off) + Commission and Bonus Scheme

Who are we?

Particle6 Productions is an award-winning digital production company based in London. We specialize in Viral and Premium Content & Video Production for business and broadcasters. We also produce TV series for channels such as the BBC and Sky. Our most recent series Look, See, Wow! just launched on Sky Kids for 0-5 year olds.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Growth and International Expansion, focusing on Asia, Middle East and the US. The Head of Growth will be responsible for international customer acquisition, growth strategy, growth hacking, sales, and business development. The role is located in London 1 day a week, otherwise remote work is acceptable, some international travel will be required (2-4 times a year). The Head of Growth will work closely with the CEO to identify and accelerate growth opportunities and drive the overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the international broadcast or gaming industries (or a quick learner!)

  • Knowledge of the business landscape in Asia, Middle East and the US (or one of them)

  • Creative idea generation for potential clients

  • Transparent Reporting: Offer comprehensive sales updates and insights to the CEO and Advisory Board

  • Relationship Mastery: Cultivate and nurture strong bonds with prospects and existing clients

  • Sales Excellence: Guide the team in crafting top-tier proposals, tenders, and presentations that truly resonate

  • Dive deep into understanding and communicating our organisation's unique value propositions and processes
