Today we will be covering the first step; Pre-Production.
Our team, at Particle 6, are used to collaborating with all kinds of clients who are at different stages in their knowledge of what they want. It’s useful to have an idea of what you want conveyed to your audience. If you are really not sure, but know that you need help you can also hire us to help you with that. We can aid you with, for example, branding or an internal video even when you haven't figured out all the details.
One should also keep in mind what it is you want them to do after they watch the video. This is referred to as a “call to action”. Is it that you want them to donate? To buy? Or return for further entertainment? Along with this a rough idea of your budget is important so that we may begin to draw up a plan to give you the most bang for your buck!
Gathering the people to do this sounds like a headache as it is, right? Luckily you may be able to leave that up to our amazing producers as well with tasks such as;
Your package can include all these things so that you can really rest assured. Our team will bring your ideas to life as our line of communication remains open and discussion is encouraged so that we may encapsulate the vision you are looking to express through the short-form video we create together.
On top of that, our video production really makes it feel like a breeze as we take care of the vital humdrum that is paperwork. Things like call-sheets (the ultimate schedules), are planned out considering every last detail. All of this really comes in handy during the Production stage as everything runs efficiently and everyone knows what their role is.
In the meantime contact us if there are any concepts that you want to see translated into video and stay tuned for our next entry on our Production process!
