About Particle6 Productions
We specialise in creating imaginative and engaging content: short, snappy videos, tailor-made to entice the target audience. We make series for BBC Three, BBC Learning and BBC Comedy, as well as many top tech companies. It’s an exciting young company, with an incredible set of board advisors and we’re looking for someone to commit and embed themselves in the business.
Role/Responsibilities:

Leading the company and ensuring all employees buy into the company vision. Setting the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the board and founder. Planning and implementing long term business strategies to achieve the company's objectives. Implementing a 5 year plan.

Sourcing, pitching and winning new projects. Overseeing completion of project and project management. Managing the team for a profitable and successful outcome.

P&L and Cash flow Management

Source new revenue streams

Work closely with the founder

Managing team leaders, but jumping in if necessary

Handling clients and communicating project progress
-
Bringing in business/clients e.g. writing proposals and pitching for larger projects

Develop and execute the company’s business strategies
-
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
-
Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, existing customers, business partners and authorities
-
Motivate the team to drive maximum performance
-
Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth
-
Drawing up agreements with clients and negotiating
-
Monitoring your Particle Productions email and calendar for efficient use of time
-
Technical, logistical & creative supervisory support on Particle Productions projects
Requirements:

Creative and highly organised

Very high attention to detail

8+ years experience in production
-
Passionate about helping grow a business and about the media industry

Proven business development experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-
Strong listening and presentation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects with rapid turnaround, managing time efficiently and prioritizing key deadlines

Strong academic record
